National Bison Range
Here are some photos that my dad and sister took on July 11, 2009 at the National Bison Range. My sister is a wildlife technician at the range.
The first few photos show a bull bison “wallowing”. The other photos show a bull elk (with his antlers “in velvet”) eating vegetation from Mission Creek.
If you haven’t ever visited the Bison Range, you definitely should!
